Parking
Brighton has limited central parking, so we arrange parking on a per-reservation basis. Guests are directed to a discounted rate in the Hilton car park (~10–15 min walk, £15 per night, payable on arrival). For longer stays, contractor stays, or specific arrival circumstances we sometimes have flexibility on our rate - please message us with your dates and arrival details before booking, and we'll confirm the best option.
If accessibility is a concern (heavy luggage, mobility), let us know in advance there's no on-site parking, but you can pull up briefly outside to drop bags before parking.

Cleaning standards
Every booking includes professional cleaning between guests, with a turnover checklist that covers fresh towels, bed linen, a stocked dishwasher tablet box, and bins emptied in every bathroom. We've recently added a quarterly deep-clean baseline and photo verification before each arrival. If anything isn't right when you arrive, message us we'll have it sorted as soon as possible.

During Your Stay
Please treat the property with the same care and respect as you would your own home.
Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation.
Strictly no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please be mindful of our neighbours, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing before your arrival.
Before You Leave
Wash or load any used dishes into the dishwasher.
Place all rubbish and recycling in the appropriate bins.
Turn off lights, heating, and electrical appliances where possible.
Close and lock all windows and doors before departure.
Return the keys to the original location they were picked up from.
Safety
Please report any damage, maintenance issues, or accidental breakages as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
Do not tamper with smoke alarms or other safety equipment.
Ensure the apartment is securely locked whenever you leave.

Check-in is from 4 PM via key collection from a nearby shop approximately 3 min walk-away. Full instructions, including the exact location, opening hours, and a backup contact, are sent 48 hours before arrival. If anything goes wrong on arrival, message us — we respond within minutes.
Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes available subject to bookings either side, for a £20 fee.
We are locals, so are available to offer help in any way it is needed during your stay!
