1 Bathroom Enjoy a relaxing stay in this 3-bed family bungalow in Saltdean with a balcony and beautiful sea views. With free parking and plenty of space, it’s ideal for family breaks or contractor stays. There are 2 comfy king size rooms plus a third with 2 bunk beds. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, then unwind in the lounge with a Smart TV and super fast WIFI. Just a short walk to the beach and local shops, it’s the perfect spot for coastal fun, fresh air, and quality time together.
Saltdean Sea Haven is a charming coastal getaway with beautiful sea views with a homey and cosy feel. The charming living room is where you can sink into one of the comfy sofas and enjoy pure relaxation whilst watching television on the smart TV. One of the sofas can also be made into a sofa bed, to enable the house to sleep eight people. In the living room there is a bi-fold door taking you out to the properties balcony with spectacular views of Saltdean, the South Downs National Park and the sea. Relax on the garden furniture and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Continue through to the rear of the living area and you’ll enter the dining room. This space is bright and stylish with a modern, glass dining table and grey padded chairs. It is the ideal spot to enjoy family breakfasts and evening meals with friends.
The kitchen is a spacious room with light wooden cabinets and black granite worktops. Spotted tiles add to the charm. You’ll have everything you need for your stay as the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, toaster and washing machine.
Along the hallway, you'll find a family bathroom which has a bath tub and separate shower.
The first two bedrooms are cosy spaces with cream walls and a large windows which allow for plenty of natural light to enter the spaces. The bedrooms feature large, king-size beds, wardrobe space and a large wall mirror.
The two king-size beds are zip & link, meaning they can be split into two singles upon request if this is more suitable for your stay.
The third bedroom has bunk beds, which is perfect for children.
There is a driveway big enough to fit 2 cars on, and an EV charger that guests with electric vehicles are welcome to use.

During Your Stay
Please treat the property with the same care and respect as you would your own home.
Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation.
Strictly no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please be mindful of our neighbours, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing before your arrival.
Before You Leave
Wash or load any used dishes into the dishwasher.
Place all rubbish and recycling in the appropriate bins.
Turn off lights, heating, and electrical appliances where possible.
Close and lock all windows and doors before departure.
Return the keys to the original location they were picked up from.
Safety
Please report any damage, maintenance issues, or accidental breakages as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
Do not tamper with smoke alarms or other safety equipment.
Ensure the apartment is securely locked whenever you leave.
